Joshua Bartch is Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of Mydecine Innovations Group (MIG). Mr. Bartch's entrepreneurial career took off in 2009 when he co-founded AudioTranscriptionist.com and founded the Denver-based dispensary, Doctors Orders. Following these ventures, Mr. Bartch founded a boutique investment firm that operated throughout the U.S. and Canadian markets. In 2014, Bartch co-founded Cannabase.io, the U.S.'s most significant legal and sophisticated cannabis wholesale platform. Mr. Bartch took successful exits from AudioTranscriptionist.com, Doctor’s Orders, and Cannabase.io.

Before co-founding Mydecine Innovations Group, Mr. Michaels started consulting for various alternative start-ups around the globe, with a focus on the food, fiber, and medicinal properties of hemp and fungi. He also served as a critical principle for a leading multi-platform drug development R&D firm in Colorado called ebbu. In November of 2018, ebbu was successfully acquired by Canopy Growth for being a leader in cannabis science with a very robust IP portfolio.

Over the course of 15+ years, Mr. Michaels has held management roles within multiple unique alternative medicine companies, continuously learning and developing best practices along the way. A few career highlights outside of alternative medicine include being on the start-up team of a national action sports brand; he was one of four entrepreneurs who launched Colorado’s first sustainable glass recycling company; managed a successful events company; he was also on the business development team for a Google Ventures funded company.

Today, Mr. Michaels spends the majority of his time dedicated to developing and maintaining growth and operations at Mydecine, while advising and consulting for other like-minded companies that focus on making a positive impact.

Robert Roscow is the Chief Scientific Officer of Mydecine. As a highly educated geneticist, he has spent his academic and professional careers looking for valuable and unique medicinal molecules found in nature. The last two companies that Mr. Roscow applied his innovations to were Canopy Growth and Ebbu, where he ran their genetics divisions. Mr. Roscow has already leveraged expertise in genomics, evolution, and molecular biology to maximize the industrial production of cannabinoids and their use in a pharmacological context. This work has resulted in multiple patent filings and accolades in publications ranging from Nature to Rolling Stone. Now, Mr. Roscow has set his focus on the vast healing potential of fungi.

Dean Ditto is the Chief Financial Officer for Mydecine. He brings a wealth of experience, including SEC reporting, risk management, internal audit controls, and building compliance functions for regulated companies. He recently led a financial services company business turnaround resulting in improved profits of $15 million. He also led the structuring of a vertically integrated business unit resulting in increased profits of $10 million.

Dr. Rakesh Jetly is the Chief Medical Officer for Mydecine. He is currently the Head of the Centre of Excellence on Mental Health in Ottawa, Ontario, an associate professor of psychiatry at Dalhousie University (Halifax), and the University of Ottawa. He has published numerous articles in professional journals and presents nationally and internationally on such topics as post-traumatic stress disorder and operational psychiatry. Dr. Jetly has previously held various professional positions as a psychiatrist, including Director of the Operational Trauma and Stress Support Centre, Atlantic Region (2000-2008); Chief Resident in Psychiatry, St. Michael’s Hospital (1999-2000); and Senior Medical Officer for the “Canadian Contingent United Nations Middle East” in Israel (1993-1994).

Sanford M. (Sandy) Stein is an accomplished environmental and energy lawyer having helped "pioneer" the emergent field in the 1980's.  He has appeared twice before the United States Supreme Court in threshold environmental cases helping establish and later defining the Court's crucial role in environmental jurisdiction. He is also accomplished in land use planning, legislation and business formation.  He has worked at every level of government and understands the interface between government and business. He has handled legislation in the U. S. Congress and numerous state legislatures in the United States. He is well recognized among government and business leaders and has written numerous articles on environmental, energy and land use matters.  He is responsible for the siting of energy facilities and was a peer review editor of the American Bar Association book on Hydraulic Fracking.  He is a regular commentator on GreenSense Radio speaking on the economic and financial benefits of renewable energy.  Consistent with his experience in government regulations and emerging industries, he is a leading authority on cannabis legislation, laws and regulations and a contributor to Hemp Today magazine. Currently, as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer with Mydecine Innovations Group, he is significantly engaged in the emerging field of psychedelic medicine.  He is recognized for inclusion by Leading Lawyers, Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America and holds the coveted AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Jessica is the Senior Director of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs for Mydecine Innovations Group. She has spent the last ten years in the clinical research industry and has worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop clinical evidence generation strategies for global indication submissions. Jessica has supported and published research in robotics, orthopaedics, trauma, biologics, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and now psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. She is enthusiastic about the future of integrative healing models in the United States healthcare system. Jessica received her graduate degree in Clinical Research Administration from the George Washington University and resides in the Greater Philadelphia area in the United States.

William Cook is interim CEO of MindLeap. He was founder of Tempi.com, a software company for businesses and freelancers, and founder of an engineering firm, Intelligent Systems Research Inc. He assisted Lockheed Martin in defense systems and developed four multi-billion-dollar projects - all with built-in artificial intelligence (AI), including System Architect for Starbelly.com $240M. Before that, Mr. Cook designed and led the development of the THAAD Missile Defense Battle Management system as Lead Engineer at Litton. Prior to that, he was manager of Patriot Command & Control development at Raytheon, which was an instrumental role in Desert Storm. Before that, he designed air defense operations for the US Army and NATO for the new Patriot missile system as an officer. Mr. Cook received his master’s degree in Marriage, Family and Child Therapy and graduated from the US Military Academy.

She has primarily focused on strategic B2B marketing and communication initiatives. Her experience includes SaaS, biotechnology, and health and wellness. Morgan is known for her creative problem solving, infectious positivity and approachable leadership style. She leverages her emotional intelligence to communicate cross-functionally between departments and subject matter experts to craft compelling stories capable of achieving any company objective. Morgan is pursuing a Masters of Business Administration in Denver, CO. When she is not behind a computer, you can find her enjoying the great outdoors or searching for tacos.
